  • Our Introduction to Mindfulness: This session is designed to give our clients an insight to Mindfulness. We will discuss the Mindfulness fundamentals including raising your Awareness. How we live our lives in Auto Pilot and the advantages of being present.  We go through and teach relaxing Meditation. We sum up with the importance of a daily Mindfulness Practice and using a journal. We would recommend all clients participate in this 2 hour session before they join any further sessions. At the very least you will feel relaxed when finished.
  • One to One sessions: Even though the benefits of group sessions remain to be seen, there are those who feel one to one sessions would be more beneficial. The greatest advantage is each meeting is tailored and structured for you needs. If you feel one to one sessions is for you, please contact us to make your appointment.
  • Mindfulness on line: Unfortunately we all live very busy lives and can't always get to a physical  class, so why not join one of our online sessions. These sessions have proved to be very popular during and since the COVID lockdowns. All you would to do is down load the free Zoom app and once you have booked well send you the link.
  • School of Mindfulness: Our School of Mindfulness is great for those who wish to improve their well-being or want to start Mindfulness as a lifestyle. We meet once a month to discuss specialised subjects such as stress and anxiety followed by further weekly online support. Of course there always will be Meditation on the subject and others for shared support if you want or need it.
  • Mindful Walking  / Mindful PhotographyWe all know the benefits of Walking in the great outdoors but when done Mindfully, it can open you up to a whole new world. Our walking sessions are once a month at different venues in South Wales. Our Mindful Photography sessions are for those who want to take photographs slowly and with purpose. We always start our walking and photography sessions with a Meditation at the start and end of each session.
