Suffer from stress or anxiety. Have been recommended Mindfulness as a alternative self treatment by Health Professionals, then this course is for you. Perfect for those who wish to start a Mindfulness Practice with depth or for employees from a commercial background to help support colleagues well-being.This program will be completed over 8 weeks and up to 4 hours per week. Usually in a group environment. It is recommended 8 weeks as a period for our clients to start to realise a change in their well-being and general health.
